Job Description:
1. Possess good professional skills and professional ethics in software/hardware project management, and efficiently and timely complete the work assigned by superiors;
2. Based on user needs, collaborate with pre-sales technology to design solutions to meet the requirements, and track projects;
3. Manage the project process and effectively address and mitigate any issues and risks that arise during the project;
4. Track the progress of company projects, coordinate project related resources and implement them, and provide timely feedback on project progress
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of project manager experience;
2. Strong writing skills, proficient in using tools such as Word, Excel, Project, PPT, Visio, etc;
3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to flexibly handle relationships and conflicts with leaders, colleagues, competitors, and customers in various aspects;
4. Experience in project management with complete hardware project development and implementation is preferred;
5. Able to withstand certain work pressure, strong learning ability, able to endure hardship, correct work attitude, and pragmatic work spirit;
6. Experience in project management is preferred, and holding a PMP certificate is preferred.
