In the production and manufacturing process of conveyor belts, fatigue tests are conducted on their tensile performance, tear resistance, maximum load-bearing capacity, and commonly used load-bearing capacity to ensure their safety. However, due to differences in the application locations, external environments, and actual frequency of use, the performance, load-bearing capacity, and service life of the conveyor belt are easily affected, resulting in the inability to withstand loads and fracture during operation. Therefore, conveyor belts used for a long time and multiple frequencies often have safety hazards. Our product is mainly aimed at solving the problems existing in the existing technology, providing a detection device that can monitor the deformation degree and operating speed of the conveyor belt in real time, effectively avoiding the impact of belt breakage caused by excessive load and insufficient tension on product transportation speed, ensuring efficient production, and saving costs during the conveyor belt transportation process.
