Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the quality control of the entire production process, supervising the standardization and normalization of operations of production site personnel, cooperating with operators of each process to strictly control quality, and avoiding the production of unqualified products.
2. Timely identify and track quality issues that arise during the production process, and report any unresolved issues in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for reviewing, collecting, organizing, archiving, and managing all quality records to facilitate the implementation of product quality tracking and control.
4. Have knowledge of quality system audits such as TS16949.
5. Responsible for standardizing and implementing factory inspection processes.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of experience in quality management of electronic products (electronic components are preferred);
4. Familiar with business processes, ERP operations, and TS16949 and ISO9001 management systems in the electronic manufacturing industry;
6. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork abilities, and planning and execution abilities.
