Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the project schedule, complete testing tasks for each stage of development, including hardware circuit testing, software testing, overall reliability testing, high and low temperature testing, EMC testing, etc;
2. Design test cases according to project requirements, implement testing work, participate in process optimization and improvement of product testing, and output test reports;
3. Track and test problem analysis, resolution, and closed-loop verification, responsible for testing the functionality, performance, and other aspects of the product;
4. Track, analyze and report testing issues, communicate and collaborate with R&D personnel and project management personnel, promote the smooth progress of the entire project, and improve testing quality;
5. Research on testing methods and tools, as well as solutions to technical issues, to improve testing efficiency;
6. Coordinate and arrange the daily work of the testing team to ensure the progress of product testing
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information, computer software or related fields;
2. Can use tools such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters;
3. Solid basic knowledge of software and hardware, familiar with software testing and hardware testing processes, testing strategies, testing methods, testing tools, quality management, and standardized management processes;
4. Proficient in using mainstream testing tools in the industry, able to cooperate in completing testing design work, including planning testing plans, developing testing strategies, writing testing plans, designing test cases, etc;
5. Responsible, self-motivated, with a strong desire for knowledge and initiative, working rigorously and meticulously, diligent and down-to-earth, good at analyzing and thinking about problems.
