Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with business to expand the market for photoelectric sensors, responsible for providing customers with suggestions and solution support for photoelectric sensor applications;
2. Responsible for conducting preliminary research, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, customer communication and presentation, technical demonstration, testing and debugging support services for the target project, and providing support during the project bidding process;
3. On site investigation, customized overall plan, software and hardware installation and debugging, docking and joint debugging, final delivery and acceptance support, until customer success.
4. Accumulate and summarize the technical and project management experience gained during the customer support process, form corresponding tools and documents, and improve overall support efficiency.
5. Provide guidance on the construction of structures, strong and weak electricity involved in the project; Resolve unexpected issues on site.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering, and an English proficiency level of CET6 or above;
2. Familiar with hardware devices such as industrial computers, switches, and industrial cameras, familiar with CAN, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, etc;
3. Familiar with Linux and ROS systems; Familiar with machine vision and network communication, with certain programming and software debugging abilities;
4. Capable of independently providing suggestions for system integration solutions and possessing practical experience in delivering complete systems;
5. Have a certain understanding of structure, strong current, and weak current construction;
6. Self driven, with good learning and communication skills, able to adapt to frequent business trips;
